3 Questions in one (Swing Trading, Key List, Instruments)

Hi Pat - I'm still soaking up all of the plentiful info on your site, but after watching the team in motion over the past few days, I have a few questions.  Sorry for 3 q's in one, but I am a very curious lad. 1. Seems your main instrument is to trade shares, do you ever trade options or leaps? 2. Seems there is much activity on the Twitter feed intraday. Since I am a no-go for day-trading,
how should I interpret all of the buys/sells at EOD, or EOW?
BTW, are you day trading, or doing pure swing trading?

3. Why do the securities in the Key List seem to change so much day to day?  How should that affect my core focus? Thanks! Chris.
