Long term portfolio

Hi Pat,
I’m a new VIP member and thanks for your teaching I’ve learned a lot over the past week.
I have a couple of questions hopefully you can shred some lights on them.

1. I love your approach to the swing trades and daily Key List. I’m following your guidance extensively everyday on my swing trade account. However, I also have a long term account and I’m unsure whether I should combine the two and only run one portfolio. My question is do you run a separate long term account? If you do how do you manage it on top of your trading account? 
2. If I’m interested in other positions outside of the MAXLIST and Key List, can I ask your opinions on them? If I can where can I ask them so I don't create too much work for you.
