Mechanics and IBKR/ DTN

Patrick,
1) How do you manage multiple accounts? Do you add them together ? IE: 2 accounts equal 200K 4 positions in one and 4 in the other? Or do you duplicate orders in each one like they are 2 diff accounts
2) As far as IB and DTN goes, could you tell me do you use IBKR Lite or Pro? And if you don’t mind how much do you end up paying DTN? I looked at their pricing and got confused with all the add on’s
