Hi Pat, This is my first day as a VIP member and already loving every minute of it. You make learning this craft easy and logical. I know that I have a tone to learn and I am glad I chose you as a mentor. Like any beginner I have lots of questions that I don't find the answer to in books. So, I turn to you. Today's activity in the market raised two problems for me.
  1. The activity in COWN in the first 30 minutes made me buy the stock. It triggered the price and the volume was above average and it overtook yesterday's volume. To me that was good behaviour. Apparently, I was wrong.
  2. LOGI - on the 30 mins we saw good behaviour in the beginning. Impressive volume and price movement. It then faded. On the 60 mins - nothing to impress. Same thing on the daily.
This brings me to my questions:
  1. How big the volume has to be to be considered "buy worthy"?
  2. How do you manage the trade if the overall volume for the day is small(er) (which you won't know until the end of the trading day) even if it had a 30 minutes burst of huge volume?
  3. Is a 30 minutes high volume more important than the overall daily volume?
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your answer. Keep up the good work, André

Thank you so much, Pat! Thank you for taking the time to make this video for me. Very detailed and very informative. Helps me a lot with the in-trade management. In fact, I just realized that it was not my analysis and my buying that were wrong, but my in-trade management. That's huge! As a beginner, I knew something was wrong in my trading but couldn't quite figure out what. Knowing what to look for is a big step forward. And I am sure that I am doing a lot of other "wrongs" that I am not even aware today. I really really don't mind the length of the video. What I am looking for is knowledge. Detailed information explained in a way that I can understand, learn and integrate in my way of trading.  And you delivered that superbly. And I can't thank you enough. So keep them videos detailed, keep them informative and keep them as long as they have to be. I am here taking notes and absorbing every drop of information. Just like a sponge. Thank you, André
