How to be prepared in the event of internet loss or power outage

Hello Patrick, Suppose you are holding stocks and the internet goes down. How you are going to sell your stocks and handle such kind of situation. Do you have a plan in advance for this? In my country, the government sometimes purposely shuts it down due to some events and sometimes it goes down due to some technical faults. Thanks
