Why is DIS a Key List stock?

Hi Pat: I am trying to figure out why DIS is on the list. When I look at the stock I see that it is in Industry Group 106. The Earnings and Sales are all in the RED. Its estimates going forward for this year is -5%. The RS line is 75. These are things that would take a stock off my list.

I do see that the 8-ema is above the 21-ema and it is above the 50-ema and it is above the 200-ema. I also see that the A/D is B. The RS line is almost into higher ground.

But what else are you seeing that I am missing? I want to know what you are seeing that puts this in our Key List.
