Sometimes you can simply drag tickers from one list to another in MarketSmith.
But, when you have a lot of stock tickers, sometimes MarketSmith can’t handle the move/merge from one list to another.
A way around this limitation is to use Excel or another program that allows you to cut & paste.
We have found this is only necessary when dealing with large lists.
Copying/pasting/adding a few or even a few dozen symbols generally does not require the use of Excel.
