20 day simple or 21 day exponential

Not trying to point out a mistake or inconsistency here and the numbers are very close so it may not matter, but in some videos you use a blue line that is 21 day exponential in others you use a 20 day simple.  You've actually said both things on videos...which are you currently using?  Thanks.
