BDC & Bail Out Time

Good morning! Just wanted to get your input on the stock ticker BDC (Belden Inc.). Bought at $73. Also, I'm curious to know when to "bail" out on a stock after purchasing if you're in the green but not by much. Let's say a week has gone by and it's still in the same price area you purchased it at. Would you give the stock more time or take the volume die down as a sign to leave assuming it passed the CANSLIM requirements.
