Buying and selling rules

Pat, I noticed several stocks broke out today that you chose not to purchase.  MSFT CSCO etc.  I take it this was due to it being opex Friday which tends to be choppy and you did not like the market action.  Secondly, can you go over your sell rules?  My understanding at the moment is we sell around a half when 8 day is broken on volume and sell remainder when 20 day is broken on volume.  However you have mentioned those are areas you like purchase on pullbacks so would like this all clarified as much as it is possible.  Thanks  John
