Buying when volume is coming in

QuestionsCategory: QuestionsBuying when volume is coming in

Hey Pat, I’ve always struggled with properly assessing volume pouring into a stock at the right time of a buy. Would you be able to make a video of a real-time buy and describe what you’re seeing?
Anything helps! Thanks so much for all the great content you provide already. I’ve learned a lot.

Hi Pat, do you use any calculations for relative volume or is it all just eye balling volume bars against previous ones at similar times of day and you want the spikes to be super obvious? Thanks for the video.

Hey Pat, I also have the same question. What’s the best way for you to monitor volume coming in? I know MarketSmith has the Volume Run Rate but for those who don’t have MS what is a good alternative?
