Clean bases. How to identify bases.

Hi Pat, good morning. I have a question (actually the old same question that you have answered a lot of times) regarding clean bases. I’m sorry to ask over and over again as i’m still not 100% confirm of clean bases definition. Here is the scenario, I browsed through BABA charts and i’m wondering is the blue line of this chart (<a href=”https://ibb.co/W2KCrkMhttps://ibb.co/W2KCrkM”>https://ibb.co/W2KCrkM</a&gt;) indicates a clean base? Red line is where your previous entry is. To provide more insight, I zoom into 30min time frame (<a href=”https://ibb.co/54pzGDHhttps://ibb.co/54pzGDH”>https://ibb.co/54pzGDH</a&gt;), there are volume surge during the breakout of the base. I’m just wondering if what i observed is a clean base? Thanks Pat and have a nice day.
