.CSV goes to text

Hi Pat,  I tried contacting you on Twitter, but I never heard back and it seems my question was deleted.  When I click on the .csv file it’s not going to excel so I can copy and paste into TOS; it goes into text instead so I can’t do a copy and paste. Is this a problem you’ve run across or is it just me?   Thanks
