TORO had a decent run 2020-2021 and looks like it might be a potential candidate for Higher Low setup perhaps. I don't have marketsmith so was curious what your thoughts on this one would be fundamentally as well?
I can either see a higher low setup coming shortly or perhaps would be wiser to buy on breakout above $92 above since it's a more clean and simple line.
