Current holdings and cash percentage?

Hi Pat! I'm a new subscriber.  I am wondering about the current holdings and approximately what percentage in cash I should be in now with the current market conditions?  I have questions on when you suggest buying or buying small, what percentage of my account to commit.  Love your service and I'm learning!
