Discord Request to Claim and Verify

I can get into Discord fine from my home computer.  But when I tried to get on yesterday (for the first time) with my work computer, it was said something about having to Claim and Verify my account.  Any idea as to what the problem is?

Before trying to access the MissionWinners Discord server, first make sure you're logged into the correct Discord account. If you haven't used Discord on this computer before, you'll need to verify your account when you see the "Claim and Verify Account" message. This is Discord's standard security process for new devices. To verify your account:
  1. Click on the "Claim and Verify Account" prompt
  2. Check your email for a verification code from Discord
  3. Enter the code back into Discord
Once verified, you can check if you have access to the MissionWinners server. If you're still having trouble accessing it, double-check that you're using the same Discord account that was previously granted access to the MissionWinners server.
