Entry Points

Hello Pat! I've just subscribed to vip area, so forgive me if you had this question already, but since i'm new i'm still trying to wrap my head around all the theory! :) When you talk about entry points will you wait for the bar to be complete?  i mean if an entry point is at xx.xx you wait for the bar to close at that price or above and enter the next day (on the daily chart) or you start the position as soon as the stock hit that price?
