FSLR HL

Hi Pat,  I am wondering if FSLR made a Higher Low today with its decisive bounce from yesterday's (10/21) and the day before yesterday's lows (10/20). The low would be 10/17. The reason I ask is that there are few days between 10/17 and the two days that could be counted as HL.  Kind regards,
