good break out or bad trade?

QuestionsCategory: Questionsgood break out or bad trade?

Hi Pat,
We set the buying price of the Key List stocks, and buy if the price goes higher /w volume. My question is: if the price pull back in the day trade after we buy it, or next day off the high. Then how can we decide to hold and wait for a few days or out of the trade?
Sometimes, I set the stop maybe too tight for such a break out stock. And if the price "squat", then my stop will be triggered. But, if I set 5% for stop point, maybe it's too late to find a fail trade.
