Green brick partners

Hi Pat.Hope you're enjoying your lunch. Just a quick question. I have been doing a bit od research and wanted your opinion on Green brick partners Ticker GRBK.I noticed it is at a 52 week high and seems to pass the IBD Criteria and very well.BUT volume doesn't seem to be significant.Would you recommend buying this and does the chart so a good setup?
