Handling price fluctuations outside of regular market hours

Hi, Pat and Team, Thank you for your time and effort in really helping us and answering our questions!  Before the open. Way before the open. In the wee morning hours. AND. After the close. Way after the close. And it is time to go to bed.  There have been times when I see prices and P&L on the stocks I own fluctuate. Sometimes little. Sometimes big. Sometimes HUGE! And in both directions. I especially hate waking up and seeing a BIG RED negative number!! On the flipside, I get very ecstatic if it's green. Is that a concern, psychologically? These hours outside of regular market hours... Regarding the fluctuation of one stock or definitely the whole account. I would like to ask for your guidance on how to handle these emotions psychologically: fear, panic, joy, greed, and complacency. And also practically. If you find that there is a threshold being met that requires action to take with a stock. Outside of routine market hours. On seeing these big gaps down or up. What that does to the brain.  Thank you!  Eric Weather
