Hourly chart’s top of the hour or bottom of the hour tactical difference?

Hi Pat!  I have gone through the videos on having the daily and hourly charts side by side to watch for volume confirmation through the trigger price before taking a position. However, I noticed that two platforms I currently utilise have different hourly data. As a result, the respective platforms display the hourly price and volume bars differently.

• Tradingview : Hourly data is at the bottom of the hour. 
• TC2000: Hourly data is at the top of the hour. 

Hence, what tactics should I deploy or what should the best practice be? Keen to get your view on whether a top or bottom of the hour chart would make a difference.
