How do your questions work?

I keep asking questions here and on Twitter and have received one answer yesterday. Is this normal? I tried to search for the questions I asked and can't find them. Did you get them? Thanks Glen gee722

Hi Glen,

I was just speaking with Pat and he was in the midst of crafting a response to your question you posted yesterday, after the close, about moving averages.  Once he completes his response to that inquiry, he will direct his attention to the question you posted just a few minutes ago.

We certainly don't mean to put anyone off when questions are asked, but it does take us some time to get back with everyone.  We make every attempt to answer back within 24 hours or one business day in the event of weekends.  The reason you can't find your question is because until I actually post it, it remains a "draft" in our system.  Once posted, you and everyone else will be able to see it, along with the answer.
