How to Scale Out of a position

Hi Pat,
Was a little confused on the scale out exits. Please clarify when you get time. If i hold 100 shares of a stock and when you say selling 25% the first time. I understand we are selling 25 shares. However, when you give the second sell instruction of 25% of remaining, do i sell another 25 shares or 25% of remaining 75 shares which is say 19 shares?
