How to set Twitter alerts to only notice on buy and sell alerts.

Hi Guys,
I am new and really appreciate Pat’s very sincere teaching spirit.  I have already learned lots.  However, i am struggling to keep up with the multiple tweets during the day since i am still working.
Is there a way to set my Twitter notifications to get only the buys and sells during the day and then i can drill down on the rest at night for learning sessions?  i trust your sound decision process and if you buy, then i want to buy – if you sell, then i want to sell. :-)
I also want to continuing learning which i can do at night by reviewing all of the day’s tweets, videos, key lists, etc.
It seems i saw something about setting notifications for red and green but i can’t find where i saw it – can you restate or send me the link.
