If Own buy more?

As relatively new VIP member I don't own all old stocks recommendation. Also there are times where I missed your alert and couldn't buy stock as I have full time job. So when you says If own then buy more does this mean a new position shouldn't open or we can still buy these stocks as first time buy. What should we do with these alerts?   Thanks a lot.
