Key List :: Add-on

Hi Pat.

I watched today’s Key List video and was wondering why NOC is an “Add-on”. I see the tops starting from March this year and thought that it’s a good enough long base for a starter position  today.
Is there something that I am missing? What are the criteria that you consider for stocks to be a “new buy” or “add-on”?
