Like to get your view on GTLB

Hello Pat, Would you please look at GTLB and provide your analysis? # are great, fund ownership is growing, RS is OK. A/D is good., but  importantly, has great vol over last 3 days and closing is strong and today (9/9) vol is picking up again.   Thank you, DP
