What is the difference between your Max List and the Key List? I see where the Key List is what you will be "keying" on during the current day and appears to be published in the morning. What is the Max List? When does the Max List published? In one of your 10/23 tweets, you state: "XBI. Rules help us. Worth studying chart and price action at/near 8 ema." What trading rules do you follow? Have you identified the rules you have established/follow on your website? If so, where? In one of your 10/23 tweets, you state: "ETF's Note what's near tops. Strength. We key on strength. Semi's, Homebuilders. (What solar stock do we own?)" Do you have a place on your website where you identify which trades you take and your positions (e.g. the solar stock reference)?

Glen, GREAT questions. MAXLIST IS Big Name stocks funds HAVE TO own. AAPL, AMZN,GOOGL, NFLX, BIDU, BABA, FB, TWTR, TSLA, VA, MA, GS,PCLN
The true big name leaders. Can be rotation in names during the year. KEY LIST is the list of stocks I am "Keying" on the next day to buy. List is shared with VIP members the night before.
XBI, trading rules. I am going cover this in a video you will see TONIGHT. I could write  a book just on this tactic. So you'll have a video showing it!
The solar stock we own is SEDG. It was in a post from 4 weeks ago.  Sold some on the way up. Letting rest work for us. I talk about the trades I take. Don't post a list. But could. I try not to make this a situation of "do what Pat does" but more a case of give a list, with buy points, so that people can do it for themselves. The Key List IS the list I am focusing on for that day.
Also, I frequently say "I'm buying this now." I also frequently say, "I'm selling this now."  Or, "talking XYZ flat."
I hope this frames it up for you a little better. Please ASK QUESTIONS. I want to work for you, educate you, speed up learning curve, and make more $$$ faster with
less stress.
Sincerely,
Pat
