I don't know if you got my questions from last night, so I'll ask them again. I apologize if you haven't gotten to answering them. You specify that the 8-day moving average is the EMA, but you don't specify whether the 20-day and the 50-day moving averages are the EMA or SMA. Which are they?

Good afternoon Glen,

Great to hear from you! I was wrapped up with market action and wanted to get to you as soon as I could! You ask a good question. 1st. moving average is 8 ema. As you stated. I used the 8 ema because thru research I found it is the perfect compromise between the 5 ema. and 10 simple. BOTH the 20th day and 50th day are simple moving averages. It works perfectly for this trend-following system and showing support & resistance levels. Hope that helps!

Glad you're part of the "team!"  Have a great day.

Sincerely,
Pat
