Pat,
For my example due to work times, I missed the AMZN alert at 1947.93 and 25% more QLD alert at 90.55, fortunately I was actually late to the game on the original QLD and have a purchase price of 77.04.
Should I buy more on open tomorrow to catch up, or wait for a dip for QLD and AMZN, and wait until that entry price or a little higher, or just do nothing since i missed the buy point? Sorry for all the questions lately, just trying to understand how my trading style needs to change and being observant of my work schedule at the same time.
Thanks,
Keith

Hi Keith,
You can see, from the open this morning, why it is not a good idea to try to catch up in the manner in which you are asking. The trade was good yesterday at the close, but this morning it doesn't look so good. One could easily say, "But, wait. Price is lower now. Wouldn't I be better positioned than if I bot at end of day yesterday?" Not necessarily. Adding risk and "what-ifs" to trades is not a good practice. The markets opened about 15 minutes ago, so Pat won't make a video right now. I'll bring this to his attention in our upcoming morning call; I'm sure he'll want to make a video for you.
