MLP Stocks

Hi Pat, what do you think about MLP stocks? I took wealth mastery by Tony robbins and it was suggested that MLP stocks would be good safe passive income stocks but recently those got hit hard due to Russia and Saudi oil price war. I am thinking is it good time to buy some of these like ET, EPD or MPLX for long term to generate income for life? Thanks
