Moving Averages – criteria for entries

Hello Pat,
I am new to Mission Winners. Still going thru all the learning videos, they are very informative and effective. I have a question on the setup that you trade.
In one of the videos, you mentioned that you generally prefer stocks which are at their 52 week high. When you see such setups, what criteria do you look in the moving averages?
the moving averages 200 SMA, 50 SMA, 20 SMA and 8 EMA.

1. Is that the 8 EMA > 20 SMA > 50 SMA > 200 SMA
2. all should be trending up
3. price should be at 8EMA 

Did i summarize it correctly?
