Welcome to the "team!" I thank you for the question. Yes, I will use either puts or calls, depending on the circumstances. I don't use them very often, but occasionally I do. Naturally, I'll factor pricing and time decay into the decision. Also, I'm careful with option pricing near earnings dates.
Do you use options also?
