Over extended?

Hey Pat good to be part of the team! Going over the 1/12 key list video and you mention a couple times when going into the smaller time frames that the stock looks over extended. I’m having a hard time understanding what your seeing and I’m thinking I might be missing this and buying a stock like this then it just goes down. Ty
