Question on increasing position sizing

Dear Pat, I have seen in last videos, increasing position size in this environment has been discussed. Ihave following idea. When all my winning positions reach at least 10 percent gain in 4 weeks without exception I would consider this a signal to go to full position size. Without intermediate steps like quarter position, half position, etc. Of course by using pyramiding. Would this make sense in your opinion ? Thanks.
