Question on shakeout pattern

Hi Pat, I have a short question about shakeout patterns. 2 Examples. If you look at EPAC from 01/12 until 01/27 is it a shakeout ? Similarly if you look at VIPS from 01/30 until 01/31 can this also be called a shakeout ? Thanks for your feedback. Best Regards, TJ
