Scan frequency Watch List

Hey Pat and Owen, I am learning so much and have so many questions. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of the team. Let me try placing my questions under different numbers to keep them separated and hopefully easier to understand even though it is really just one rather long question about watchlist management and building.  

1. How often do you run your scans and build a fresh watchlist?  
2. Does the key list come from fresh scans daily or do you watch stocks for a few days to a week before they ever get on the key list?
3. You have great videos on how you scan and build the watchlist. How is NOT the question.  When is the question.  At what frequency do you scan and build the watchlist.
4. Is there a list larger than the key list that the key list is pulled from or is it just pulled from scans? 

• Pat has said he scans for the cream rising to the top.  It would seem like to me that each trading secession the milk churns up a bit and that the scans would need to be run again to find the cream from that days secession, but maybe that is not the case.
