Scanner for stocks near Moving Averages

Hi Pat,
Needed your help. 
Are there any scanners available that you are Aware of which can alert you during market hours if the stock price is near a certain percentage of their moving averages. 

I would like to see a alert if a stock is say 5% range of its 50 day SMA. Thank you.

They have the ability to execute trades when price, trend line, technical analysis & even candlestick chart conditions are met. I believe they allow you to open a demo account to try out their trigger trading.
