Several Questions

Hi Pat – I have three questions for you today. Please answer them when you get time as there is no rush. Question 1: Screens used this weekend: Bill 40 45 95. My results were different in that I did not short list the following stocks: FSLR, FNV, SVMK, GKOS, CMG (IG 42), TEAM (IG 56), TWTR (IG 104). I am assuming your scans were different as you may have changed the screening criteria (made it less stringent) as the market is declining. Question 2: I want to understand how you choose the buy price for a stock – 30/60 minutes versus long term overhead resistance. My observations are below:

1. AKAM – Penant which past the base. Is it safe to buy if the price is extended from the base?
2. CAE – Buy price $27.60 (8/1) and not the price on 8/2 as in some of the stock the buy price is the day before. Is a volume a determinant on the buy price?
3. CHGG – Why the buy point is last Friday’s high of and not the high of $48.22 reached on 7/30 OR $44.98 reached on 7/15
4. EHTH - $102.20 and not the high $112.22 (reached on 7/22)

Question 3: When we screen stock with the Industry Group “A” for example, do stocks “A-“ get included? Thanks. Vivek
