Hi,   I have 2 questions here 
  1. Should we prefer to short an ETF like QQQ or buy SQQQ an inverse ETF when you are certain about the direction of the market to go down?
  2.  When to use 1x, 2x or 3x leverage in ETF. For example, you bought QLD recently. Why not buy TQQQ or QQQ instead?
