The Making of Mission Winners

Hi, Pat and Team, Can you tell us the story of how you came to begin thinking about and then formulate the plan to begin Mission Winners?  Everytime you speak during an interview and you touch on any history of your efforts to put this trading thing to work or on growing up and developing your passion for what you are doing, I soak up and listen very carefully.  So I kindly ask, if you are willing, to touch on any of the following:  How did you get into teaching? (I hear you talk about your written paper requirements) How did you get into working for a broker?  How did you first come up with what would later be Mission Winners?
