Under cut and rally pattern

Hi Pat seen the U&R pattern is used by Gil Morale can you explain why you don't use this approach. Also seeing new distribution days in the ASX200 and NX50 indexes today will be interesting if it shows up in US indices in your time. Many thanks Ray
