Usage Time Stops

Hi Pat, sorry for coming up with second question within short time frame. I would like to know if it is viable strategy to use time stops. On 12/27 I was filled into EPAC stock via buy stop order. Since then I'm trapped into a longer consolidation. As the trade is going nowhere (as of 01/12) I wonder if one should cut short such trades after 10 days or so ? I think Paul Tudor Jones was using time stops as well. Thank you for feedback, TJ
