What determines a “Good Market”

QuestionsCategory: QuestionsWhat determines a “Good Market”

Hi Pat, Thank you for the skills you've been teaching us. I really feel like my trading has improved in the sense of risk management and protection. Hopefully when the market is better I can really capitalize on these skills and start to make some good gains. So thank you for preparing us in this "off season." My question is how do I determine we are in a good market? How do I know I have the wind at my back? How do I really know its time to push hard? Along with that how do I avoid FOMO'ing while I wait for the wind? Even in this choppy market we still see clean and simple key lists stocks but the overall market is choppy- so how do I know its really time to strike? Please some words of wisdom kind sir? Again, thank you very much.
