When market sell off

Hi Pat, The market drops sharply this week. It did the same thing in Feb & Apr. When the market is building a base and reverse from bottom, the volatility is huge. How can we get the chance at right time? I think the ETF is a good tool to attend the whole market at the bottom. But it's not easy to get in with low risk. Thank you.
