X and STLD: Higher Low Setups

Hello Pat, X made a Higher Low today. If one were to consider getting into this stock would trigger price be today's high at $19.60? In the same group, STLD is #1 with an overall better checklist score (curiously, Accumulation/Distribution is much better for X than for STLD). Would trigger price for STLD's Higher Low setup be $78.25?  Thank you and kind regards,
