Was watching an excellent video that was part of a seminar to your membership. You went through your routine and as you got to ta, I lost the video and it was gone! What a pity. About 1 hour long and great. I got half way. Pls send me the link.

I would recommend searching for the keyword, “Live.” That is what I used to find the live seminar video I posted above.
